After last weeks dissapointing result it was time to bounce back. Ross was available after weeks of work commitment and Wenham came straight in after a few weeks on the bench for the firsts (the lad needs some footy). Deano dropped down and still remains leading scorer for the ressies.
Even though the Netherton keeper wasn't really tested in the first half the football was good and the game was well controlled from back to front.
The second half needed some attempts at the oppositions keeper but they failed to materialise til late on with Deano pulling a goos save out of the keeper, it was at a time when Coates were under the most pressure and for the first time the defence were working hard to keep the Netherton front three at bay.
Trev had to come on for Sam who's hammy was done and Dinger was felled by a tree thet he cut down in the middle.
Lee came off the bench and did his bit and showed that there's life in the old dog.
The back three performed well as a unit and Tim got MOTM but couldn't have done it without Mooch and Matt.
Big games agead for the lads lets dig in and get out of there.
