Fletch joined Coates from Alconbury during the 08/09 season. After a few games for the reserves, Fletch made his debut for the firsts between Christmas and New Year against Kings Cliffe. With a reputation as one of the best local keepers around, he is very vocal on and off the pitch, he fancies himself as a bit of a joker.
